Foundation Programme

Basic Entry: Level 4

Our basic entry level programme is designed for players who are new to the game. The focus is on learning the fundamentals, building confidence, and developing a genuine love for football.

Players begin their football journey in a fun, supportive environment led by enthusiastic, qualified coaches. With small group sessions of 60 min and limited to 10 players, every child receives plenty of attention, guidance, and opportunities to get on the ball.

These sessions can be indoor and outdoor.
This is where the basics are learned, friendships are formed, and a lifelong passion for the game begins.

Development Programme

Next Step: Level 3

This is the next step in your football journey. Sessions increase to 90 minutes, with a higher level of intensity designed to challenge players and prepare them for competitive football.

As the standard rises, so do expectations. Our enthusiastic coaches continue to support and encourage every player, while also demanding more focus, effort, and commitment to ensure each session is meaningful and effective.

Training groups remain limited to 10 players per group, allowing for individual attention, increased involvement, and maximum development as players push themselves to the next level.

Competitive Programme


Our competitive teams train twice a week, 90 min sessions with their team coach.
At the heart of our mission is creating the right environment for every player. We are committed to building a culture that nurtures development, encourages teamwork, fuels a genuine passion for football and a competitive mindset.

For the 2025/2026 season, we will be competing with the following age groups:

  • U6 (3 teams) U8 (3 teams) U10 (3 teams) U13 (1 team)

  • U7 (4 teams) U9 (4 teams) U12 (2 teams)

All teams compete across the following leagues:

The London Youth League, West London Premier League, and Market Road League.

The Final Step: Level 1

This is the final stage before signing for a professional academy. Progression at this level is not defined by age, but by the standard of performance, attention to detail, and consistency required to operate in an elite environment.

We provide guidance and uncompromising support throughout the entire process ( before, during, and after) academy placement.

Preparing players to meet the physical, technical, tactical, and mental demands of professional football.

This is where standards rise, margins become smaller, and potential is turned into opportunity.

At our academy, we firmly believe in quality over quantity. Rather than expanding numbers for the sake of growth, we focus on creating smaller, more focused groups that allow every player to be seen, supported, and developed properly.

This approach ensures our coaches can deliver high-quality, individualised training, build strong relationships with players, and maintain the highest standards on and off the pitch. Every session is designed with purpose, intensity, and attention to detail using our Methodology. Meaningful development happens when players receive the right guidance at the right time.
