The A Academy was founded by Álvaro Castaño with a clear vision: to create an environment where young players can grow not only as footballers, but as confident, respectful and resilient individuals.
What started as a personal passion has grown into a community built around high-quality coaching, individual attention and a genuine commitment to every player.
Today, The A Academy continues to grow, but the purpose remains the same: to inspire, challenge and support the next generation, on and off the pitch.
