Methodology
The A Academy methodology is created by Alvaro Castano and polished term after term to make it unique and efficient, players progression should be weekly.
There are many factors that will dictate the development of a football player starting for the social and physiological side, players must feel welcome and close to their coaches in order to enjoy the game and learn.
We are proud to announce Ferney Agudelo as our new methodology Director.
We are extremely lucky to have Ferney, UEFA PRO License Coach, he has work in the professional football for over 35 years. Actively involved with Bayern Leverkusen in Germany, but most importantly he has raised Elite professional players and is well known for implementing his methodology around the world in professional academies.

Continuity and holistic education
The A Academy understands individualised education as a growth path that must be walked with the student. Therefore, this institution rejects standardised formulas that abound in the Football and education worlds.
Each individual and each institution is unique. Thus, their paths are also unique. At The A Academy, the student's ability is evaluated ongoing, and strengths and weaknesses are detected in order to adapt the activity to them.
Thanks to this continuous development, the institution is capable of boosting the education of each student according to his or her needs in the shortest time possible. Our methodology allows an educational plan capable of adapting to the circumstances of each individual.
The A Academy method is in continuous development in order to adhere to the rapid changeable times without staying behind at any point.
The A Academy players will evaluated and divided into two programs; Development and Team, development players will not compete in a league but will be assessed on a weekly basis at our In house matches to track their learning with the objective to move them into one of the teams.
Team program players will be expose to competition in leagues, tournaments and professional academies showcases.
We understand that a competitive mindset is a key factor in their development, therefore we organise weekly friendly games, league games and in house games to give everyone the opportunity to compete.
