Residential Camp Schedule

Sunday, 2nd August

Arrival & Opening Ceremony

3:00 pm – 5:00 pm

Player arrival and check-in.

All players must be checked in by 5:00 pm at John Coley Hall, accompanied by a family member, for the Opening Ceremony.

Opening Ceremony (5:00 pm – 6:30 pm)

Álvaro Castaño to deliver the opening speech and outline the week’s experience.

Toni Moragues to explain our training methodology.

Kieran Ali to officially welcome everyone to St Paul’s School.

Introduction of all coaching staff and guest speakers for the week.

Q&A session until 6:30 pm.

6:30 pm – 8:00 pm

Coaches escort players and families to the residential accommodation.

Players and coaches head to dinner for 8:00 pm.

After Dinner

Players receive their uniforms for training and free time.

9:00 pm – 10:00 pm

Bedtime.


Monday 3rd – Friday 7th August

(Daily schedule remains the same. Only guest speakers change.)

Wake-up.

7:30 am – 8:30 am

Breakfast. / Arrival 7:30 (Day campers)

9:00 am – 11:00 am

First training session (players must be ready on the pitch by 9:00 am).

11:00 am

Shower, fruit, and protein snack.

12:00 pm

Workshop in the Montgomery Room:  daily video analysis & tactical  understanding.

1:00 pm – 3:00 pm

Lunch and social time.

3:00 pm

Gym / Strength & Conditioning session (Swimming on Tuesday and Thursday).

4:00 pm – 6:00 pm

Second training session (players must be ready on the pitch by 4:00 pm).

(On Friday this session is replaced by the TAA International Cup Final at 4:00 pm.)

6:00 pm

Shower, fruit, and protein snack.

Pick up. (Day campers)

7:00 pm

Guest speakers in the Montgomery Room (Scouts, sports psychologists,  professional players, and coaches).

8:30 pm

Dinner.

10:00 pm

Bedtime.

Notes:

• Tuesday & Thursday: Swimming training replaces the Gym/S&C session.


• Friday: Only one training session + TAA International Cup Final at 4:00 pm, followed by the closing ceremony at 6:00 pm.


Staff & Supervision

Our residential camp is staffed by highly qualified professionals, ensuring top-level coaching and constant supervision.

We maintain a 1:7 coach-to-player ratio, with 10 qualified staff members on-site at all times.

Our coaching team includes:

6 UEFA B Coaches

3 UEFA A Coordinators

1 UEFA Pro License Director

This structure guarantees a safe environment and an exceptional football development experience for every player.


Meals & Dietary Options

Players will receive full board in the school dining hall, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner each day.

All dietary requirements or restrictions can be fully accommodated. Please ensure these are communicated during the onboarding process.


Transportation

Flights must be arranged independently by the players and their families.

All players must arrive at the school on Sunday between 4:00–5:00 pm for the welcoming event, accompanied by a family member.


Payment Plan and Price

Total residential program price:
£1,500 + VAT

Total daily camp price:
£500 + VAT

Families may choose to split the payment into three instalments for convenience.


Insurance and Onboarding Process

All players will be covered by our private insurance policy throughout their stay.

Please note that visas and entry permits for the UK must be arranged by the families prior to arrival.
